Rakhi Sawant is very famous both for her sensual looks and great physique and for her acting skills and ability to make a show be perfect. She managed to make herself known to the public by appearing in numerous productions of all kinds, either as a guest, a contestant or as the host. These performances on television made her a household name of the national networks and enabled her to become extremely famous and appreciated. Following her first appearance in Bigg Boss, Season 1, in 2006, as a contestant, Rakhi Sawant made a splash in the industry and started to participate in all sorts of shows and productions. 

In 2007, Rakhi Sawant had multiple televised apparitions. She was a guest on: Let’s Talk, Aap Ki Adalat, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby and Koffee with Karan. In the same year, Rakhi Sawant was a judge on the show Comedy Ka Badsshah-Hasega India and a runner-up in Nach Baliye 3. The following year also brought numerous appearances, which managed to boost the popularity of Rakhi Sawant even more and to consolidate her status as a television shows personality. First, she won in Yeh Hai Jawla and appeared as a guest in Bigg Boss, Season 2. Then, Rakhi Sawant hosted The Rakhi Sawant Show, which was one of the major milestones she has conquered. Having her own television show was a great reward for her, which proved that all her prior struggles were not in vain, but were very much appreciated by people. She also was a guest in 10 Ka Dum and a judge in Chota Packet Bada Dhamaka. The year 2008 also brought some very important installments for Rakhi Sawant. She managed to get another show just for herself – Rakhi Ka Swayamwar. In addition to this, she had other guest appearances and contestant participations in shows. The most notable role of 2010 was in the show Zara Nachke Dikha, which she won. In 2011, she had an appearance in seven shows and she hosted Ghazab Desh Ki Ajab Kahaaniyan. 2012 brought another apparition of Rakhi Sawant in the show that made her famous, Bigg Boss.
