When Tony dies, they found out that he was a conman and his partners – Sheena, played by Rakhi Sawant, Om and Chingar are tracking them down because they are convinced the siblings have some money that Tony stole. The movie is based on another production, named Charade, from 1963. The site reported the actress was threatening the man responsible for the now famous reality show, Rakhi Ka Swayamwar. The site reported the result of this action was going to be the police filing a FIR against Sawant.

Mom is Enjoying the Spotlight

Rakhi isn’t the only member of her family who knows how to use television in her favor. Her mother Jaya has now appeared on two reality shows. While she passed on a movie shoot 25 years ago as a result of her husband not approving, reports now say Jaya’s television appearances have put her confidence at an all time high.

Sawant is one of the latest big names to join professional association MNCKS. The association announced at the end of March that they were quite pleased with adding over twenty-five thousand members to their ranks.

Is She Going to Hollywood?

Not for the time being. However, that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been offered a role. Rakhi announced in March she had been offered two Hollywood roles. One of the movies is also set to star Russell Crowe.

While this seems like exciting news, she went on to say she declined both roles because they require exposing too much skin during certain scenes.

Definitely Not Losing Her Sizzle

Just because Rakhi declined on the Hollywood roles doesn’t mean she’s losing her sizzle. Her most recent role is in a Hindi movie where she plays a sex-ed teacher!

The original starting line up for these contestants was 16 people who played parts through different time periods over 26 episodes. Rakhi Sawant was one of the three finalists who then had to go on and choose one of the others to be her life partner. Elesh was the man that she chose and Rakhi went on to say that she had her eye on him for the whole show. With plenty of flirting and bad behavior this type of interaction was just perfect to get the rating for the show up to pace. The engagement of Rakhi to Elesh may only be part of the show however it has many people interested in what will really happen to this celebrity couple in the future.

Rakhi Sawant began her career humbly, while in high school taking a minor dancing role in the movie Joru Ka Ghulam. She also performed in Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne. She has been in several other films since then. She participated in the well-known reality show Nach Baliye 3 with her at the time boyfriend Abhishek Avasthi.
